Works on brick, block, and stone
Simple Process
No ongoing maintenance. No repainting schedule. You do this once.
We look at the brick, talk through color options, and give you an honest quote. No pressure. We'll do a test patch so you see exactly what you're getting before committing.
The brick gets a professional cleaning. Any efflorescence or previous coatings that would interfere get addressed first. The stain needs clean, bare masonry to bond properly.
The stain is applied, penetrates the brick, and bonds permanently. 1–3 days depending on the job. When we leave, you're done. No touch-ups, no maintenance, no coming back.
Currently booking 3–4 weeks out.
Spring and summer fill fast. If you're thinking about it, don't wait.

"We were quoted $4,000 to paint the front of the house and would have needed to do it again in 5 years. Staining cost a little more upfront but we'll never do it again. Wish we'd known about this sooner."
— Portland homeowner
Front facade · warm gray
"The fireplace was the original orange 1970s brick and it was driving me crazy. They stained it in one day. It looks like it was always supposed to be that color. My wife cried."
— Vancouver, WA homeowner
Interior fireplace · charcoal gray
"I manage commercial properties and we've used them twice now — a CMU block wall in Tualatin and a brick building in Clackamas. Both times: on schedule, clean work, looks great. Will use again."
— Property manager, Clackamas

Got Questions?
The materials are more expensive (professional-grade mineral stains vs. latex paint) and the application requires specialized training. We're certified by Masonry Cosmetics and factory-trained on their system. But you only pay once—ever.
Forever. Stain becomes part of the brick itself. It doesn't sit on top like paint, so there's nothing to peel, chip, or fade. We back it with a lifetime warranty from Masonry Cosmetics.
We can go darker or change the tone (warmer, cooler, etc.). Going dramatically lighter is possible but may require multiple applications. We'll do a test area first so you see exactly what you're getting.
If your brick has been painted, we may need to strip the paint first before staining. This adds cost and complexity. We'll assess your specific situation during the consultation.
Most projects take 1-3 days depending on size. A fireplace is typically done in a day. Full home exteriors may take 2-3 days. The stain dries quickly and there's minimal disruption.
